This captivating apartment design is centred around a young couple who are pet owners and desires to renovate their mid-size home. Our goal from the beginning is to create a modern and cosy living space that is also pet-friendly.

We aim to seamlessly integrate pet-related elements into the design, ensuring they blend harmoniously without overpowering the overall aesthetic, while still addressing the needs of the beloved pet.

The apartment draws inspiration from a natural and neutral colour palette, creating a soothing and harmonious atmosphere. The incorporation of timber plays a vital role in establishing a natural equilibrium within the predominantly white-toned modern design. This inclusion of wood as a material effectively converts the space into a distinct and calming environment for the residential space. The softness and neutral hues make it an ideal living space that caters to both the client and their pet.

The primary bedroom design is tailored to accommodate the client’s love for music and whiskey. The custom built-in cabinet functions as a compact bar area for storing and exhibiting their cherished whiskeys.

Additionally, the cabinet below the TV includes a designated niche where speakers can be conveniently placed and easily upgraded regularly. The space incorporated numerous concealed cabinets and niche shelves to display the client’s assortment of artwork, books, and model cars. The inclusion of these integrated cabinet designs enhances the overall modern, organized, and minimalist aesthetic of the room.
