British Consulate General
Sector:Office
Size: 380 SQ/FT
Location: Admiralty, Hong Kong

The British Consulate General in Hong Kong (BCG) commissioned Clarity Concepts to redesign and upgrade the existing washroom, which was already in use by guests. The redesign had to adhere to strict internal requirements for materials and colours.

Clarity Concepts cleverly used these requirements as design elements, combining them with an overall colour scheme to create a modern atmosphere with a classic British style.

The designers at Clarity Concepts incorporated several small, yet impactful, design elements into the bathroom renovation project.

Soft lighting was strategically integrated into the space, meeting illumination needs while also highlighting the interior design features. By blending golden hardware, classic kingwood textures, marble materials, and Victorian octagon and dot floor tiles, Clarity Concepts perfectly balanced the British classical aesthetic with a modern sensibility.

The result is a highly private, elegant, and tranquil space that complements the solemn entrance lobby, making the overall area more functional.
