The office occupies a spacious area of over 3,800 square feet and is divided into various functional zones. These include a reception and welcome area, an open office workspace, a product display section, a pantry, a transitional foyer, a meeting area, a manager’s office, and a large multipurpose space capable of accommodating more than 100 people.

The overall layout departs from conventional office designs, with a seamless flow between the different multifunctional zones. This integrated approach is essential for supporting the needs of a modern workplace. The materials used and the overall ambiance create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The warm and inviting welcome area is designed to immediately convey a sense of professionalism and success, that features framed accolades, certificates, and other symbols of the company’s achievements. Guiding visitors from the outside world into the heart of the company’s operations. This office area acts as a gateway, allowing guests to familiarize themselves with the organization’s products, services, and overall brand identity before progressing further into the space.

 

Crucially, this welcoming zone is seamlessly integrated with the open office layout beyond, ensuring that staff members can readily and conveniently assist guests at any given moment. The fluid connection between the reception area and the active workspace reflects the company’s commitment to providing a seamless and attentive customer experience from the moment of arrival.

The transition foyer operates as a well-equipped pantry and lounge area. This space features a comfortable table setting, allowing employees to recharge throughout the day. At the far end of the office, connected to the transition foyer and strategically positioned to take advantage of the panoramic view of the Tsim Sha Tsui East harbour, you will find a multifunctional area, a meeting/lounge area, and the manager’s office.

 

The lounge section offers a picturesque view of the Tsim Sha Tsui East harbour. This area serves as an ideal setting for meetings and confidential conversations with clients. The multifunctional area has a capacity of more than 100 people. It is equipped with hidden features such as recessed ceiling speakers, a 100-inch TV concealed inside cabinets, and a motorized projector screen recessed in the ceiling. The space can accommodate a wide range of activities and events. We have included a secondary entrance specifically for the multifunctional area to enhance efficiency.
